Psychology services

Career, direction and men's self-development

Psychological work and structured learning exploring purpose, values, decisions and life transitions.

What we explore

Career decisions and transitions can raise questions about identity, priorities and direction. Sessions explore what matters to the person and the pressures or patterns relevant to their choices.

What the work involves

Individual work may include reflection, values clarification and practical planning. The Mentor Program offers a separate ten-week facilitated online group with supporting learning, twelve months of Compass access and The Man Compass.

Online sessions and suitability

Sessions are delivered online for people in Melbourne, Victoria and elsewhere in Australia, subject to suitability and professional requirements. The service is male-focused, not male-exclusive. The first step is to discuss the support being sought and whether this setting is appropriate.
