The Mentor Program
A ten-week online group self-development program focused on potential, direction, agency and the practical work of building a life that reflects what matters to us.
Self-development through learning, reflection and supported group work.
The Mentor Program is empowerment-based and trauma-informed. Rather than defining participants by problems, the program creates a structured setting for exploring how we understand ourselves, the strengths and capacities we can draw on, what we want our lives to stand for, and the choices that can move us in that direction.
One evening each week
A facilitated online group session each week for ten weeks. The group provides a structured place for learning, discussion, reflection and support while respecting individual differences and privacy.
Learning between sessions
Supporting online material extends each week's themes and gives participants opportunities to reflect and practise between group meetings.
The Compass app
Twelve months access to The Compass app provides additional self-development courses, reflective tools, daily check-ins, planning and resources beyond the ten-week group program.
The Man Compass
Participants receive a copy of The Man Compass as a companion resource for the program.
$660 including GST
The fee covers the ten-week online group program, supporting online learning, twelve months access to The Compass app and a copy of The Man Compass.
Potential, agency and direction
The program explores identity, emotional life, relationships, habits, strengths, values and direction. Its emphasis is on developing understanding and practical capacity to make deliberate choices about the life we want to pursue.
