Recurring behaviours and self-sabotage

Psychological work examining recurring patterns and the purposes they serve.

What we explore

A behaviour can persist even when its consequences conflict with what a person wants. Sessions explore when the pattern occurs, what it provides and the wider circumstances in which it developed.

What the work involves

Reflection, assessment and practical planning can be used to examine choices and alternative responses. Goals are agreed with the person and reviewed as the work progresses.

Online sessions and suitability

Sessions are delivered online for people in Melbourne, Victoria and elsewhere in Australia, subject to suitability and professional requirements. The service is male-focused, not male-exclusive. The first step is to discuss the support being sought and whether this setting is appropriate.
